By using this website and booking or offering services through MicheMobile.net, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

PLATFORM NOTICE

Miche Mobile LLC operates solely as a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals. Miche Mobile does not provide services, supervise work, guarantee outcomes, or employ service professionals.

CUSTOMER TERMS

*Customers book services directly with independent professionals.

• Miche Mobile is not responsible for service quality, outcomes, delays, cancellations, injuries, damages, or disputes.

• All services are performed at the customer’s own risk.

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

• Platform fees are non-refundable once a service is completed.14

• Any refunds or cancellations are subject to the professional’s individual policy.

PROFESSIONAL (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) TERMS

• All professionals operate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Miche Mobile.

• Professionals are solely responsible for:

• Required licenses and certifications

• Insurance coverage

• Taxes and reporting

• Equipment and tools

• Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

• Miche Mobile retains a 15% platform service fee per completed booking.

• Miche Mobile may suspend or remove accounts for violations, misconduct, complaints, or non-compliance.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform, book services, or register as a service professional. By using MicheMobile.net, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Miche Mobile reserves the right to terminate any account found to belong to a user under the age of 18.

PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

Miche Mobile collects and uses personal information as follows:

• We collect information you provide during registration, booking, and use of the platform (e.g., name, email, phone number, payment information, and service history).

• This data is used to facilitate bookings, process payments, communicate with users, and improve the platform.

• We may share your information with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) as necessary to operate the platform.

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data.

USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must notify Miche Mobile immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Miche Mobile reserves the right to terminate accounts upon violation of these Terms or at its sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on MicheMobile.net, including but not limited to logos, branding, design, and platform features, is the property of Miche Mobile LLC. By posting photos, reviews, or other content on the platform, you grant Miche Mobile a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for platform and marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users and professionals are prohibited from:

• Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any user or professional.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or booking.

• Circumventing the platform to arrange services or payments outside of MicheMobile.net.

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks without legitimate cause.

• Violating any applicable local, state, or federal law in connection with use of the platform.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled service to be eligible for any refund, subject to the professional’s individual policy.

• Platform fees are non-refundable in all cases once a service has been completed.

• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miche Mobile LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the platform, your services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

NO WARRANTIES

All services are provided “as-is.” Miche Mobile makes no guarantees regarding service quality, earnings, availability, or outcomes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miche Mobile LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or services booked through it.

ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. By using this platform, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Miche Mobile LLC is registered. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Miche Mobile LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

NON-DISCRIMINATION

Miche Mobile is committed to providing an inclusive platform. Service professionals and customers must not discriminate against any individual based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
