PLATFORM NOTICE
Miche Mobile LLC operates solely as a technology platform that connects customers with independent service professionals. Miche Mobile does not provide services, supervise work, guarantee outcomes, or employ service professionals.
CUSTOMER TERMS
*Customers book services directly with independent professionals.

Miche Mobile is not responsible for service quality, outcomes, delays, cancellations, injuries, damages, or disputes.

All services are performed at the customer’s own risk.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Platform fees are non-refundable once a service is completed.

Any refunds or cancellations are subject to the professional’s individual policy.
PROFESSIONAL (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR) TERMS

All professionals operate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Miche Mobile.

Miche Mobile retains a 15% platform service fee per completed booking.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miche Mobile LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or services booked through it.
DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Miche Mobile LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
